Spirit Squad

The Sparkette Dance Team feature outstanding and talented young women. They have performed at professional football and basketball games, as well as supporting their very own ISU Athletic Teams and the Terre Haute community. They travel to post season Basketball tournaments as well as many on and off campus events. They are proud to represent the University and are a valuable asset to the sports and community outreach programs. The Indiana State University Sparkettes are ambassadors for the university on and off campus. We look forward to meeting exceptional young women who love dance and all that being a part of an exceptional team brings.

The Cheer Team represents the heart of spirit at Indiana State University. They cheer at home football games and cover men's and women's home basketball games. Travel includes the Missouri Valley Conference basketball tournaments, parades, and alumni events throughout the state. Team members also represent Indiana State at public appearances throughout our community. The Cheer Team members are outstanding representatives of cheer programs throughout the country that have decided to pursue their love of cheer at a college level.
