Cross Country –

2009 – Named All-Great Lakes Region by finishing 23rd with a time of 31:39.85, the 10th fastest 10K time in ISU history ... named All-Missouri Valley Conference with 10th place finish at MVC Championships (26:28) ... named to MVC Cross Country Scholar-Athlete team ... led team at Bradley Open with second place finish (24:35), the sixth fastest 8K time in ISU history ... finished 11th at Indiana Intercollegiates (25:26.7), 66th at Notre Dame Invitational (24:56), and 114th at Pre-Nationals (25:22.5).

2008 – Ran a season best 25:30 in the Pre-Nationals Open Race ... placed 22^nd at the MVC Championships (26:04.80) ... finished 21^st at the Indiana Intercollegiates (26:16) ... was 11^th at Bradley Open (26:05).

Indoor Track & Field –

2010 – Competed in mile, 3,000, and 5,000 meters ... ran personal best 4:24.28 in mile at Wisconsin Elite, 8:33.22 in 3,000 meters at Iowa State Classic, and 14:43.34 in 5,000 meters (eighth best in school history) at MVC Indoors in placing sixth.

2009 – Competed in 1,000 meters, mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters ... had team’s second best time in 1,000 meters (2:39.19 on Dec. 12).

Outdoor Track & Field –

2010 – Competed in 1,500, 3,000, 5,000, and 10,000 meters ... ran personal best 30:39.56 in 10,000 meters (sixth best in school history) at Sea Ray Relays ... ran personal best 14:48.72 in 5,000 meters at ISU Quadrangular, 8:33.84 in 3,000 meters at Tom Botts Invitational, and 3:57.71 in 1,500 meters at Drake Relays ... placed fourth in 10,000 meters in 31:32.09 and sixth in 5,000 meters in 14:52.05 at MVC Outdoors.

2009 – Competed in 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters ... had team’s second best time in 10,000 meters in finishing fifth at MVC Championships with time of 31:18.78.

Before ISU –

Lettered four years in cross country and four years in track ... named All-State twice in cross country and All-State twice in track ... was MVP of cross country team three times and MVP of track team twice ... two time conference MVP in cross country and two time conference MVP in track ... accumulated 11 sectional championships, two regional championships and 14 All-NIC honors at Mishawaka High School.

Personal –

Craig Michael Padgett was born on Aug. 31, 1989, in Elkhart, Ind., the son of Chris Padgett and Monica Currey ... majoring in Exercise Science ... interests include music, sports, and long walks on the beach.
