2013 – Named All-Conference as part of distance medley relay team … ran second leg of distance medley relay team that placed second at MVC Indoors (10:16.87) … ran second leg of 4x400 meter relay team that placed fourth at MVC Indoors (3:20.16) … placed ninth in 400 meters at MVC Indoors (49.67) … ran career best 8.40 in 60 meter hurdles and 22.65 in 200 meters at Coughlan-Malloy Cup … had season best 49.30 in 400  meters at Grand Valley State Big Meet and 1:24.25 in 600 meters at EIU Early Bird.

2012 – Ran career best 48.58 in 400 meters at Meyo Invitational … placed sixth in 400 meters at MVC Indoors with time of 49.81 … led off 4x400 meter relay team that placed fifth at MVC Indoors in 3:20.47 … led off 4x400 relay that ran fourth fastest time in school history of 3:13.48 in winning event at Grand Valley State Big Meet … ran career best 1:20.22 in 600 meters, fifth best in school history, at Grand Valley State Big Meet.

2011 – Named All-Conference in 4x400 meter relay … ran fourth leg of 4x400 relay team that won title at MVC Indoor Championships with time of 3:18.64 … member of 4x400 team that ran season best 3:156.74 at Grand Valley Big Meet … also competed in 400 and 600 meters, and 60 meter hurdles … placed seventh at MVC Indoor Championships in 400 meters with time of 49.80 … ran personal best 48.85 in 400 meters at Grand Valley Big Meet, 1:22.05 in 600 meters at Wisconsin Elite Invitational, and 8.43 in 60 meter hurdles at Terre Haute Double Dual.

Outdoor Track & Field –

2013 – Named All-Conference as member of 4x400 meter relay for third straight year and in 400 meter hurdles for second straight year … competed in 110 meter hurdles at NCAA East Preliminary, finishing 26th (52.15) and missing quarterfinals by .01 seconds … placed second in 400 meter hurdles with sixth fastest time in school history (51.82) at MVC Outdoors … anchored 4x400 meter relay that placed third at MVC Outdoors in season best time of 3:11.46.

2012 – Named All-Conference as member of 4x400 meter relay team and in 400 meter hurdles … ran sixth fastest 400 meter hurdle time in school history of 52.49 in finishing second at MVC Outdoors … ran second leg of 4x400 meter relay that placed third at MVC Outdoors in 3:13.86 … competed in 400 hurdles at NCAA East Preliminary, finishing 33rd (53.52) … ran season best 15.32 in 110 meter hurdles at EIU-ISU Ice Dual … named to MVC Track & Field Scholar Athlete Team.

2011 – Earned All-Conference recognition as member of 4x400 relay team that placed third in 3:12.83 … placed fourth in 400 meter hurdles at MVC Outdoors with time of 53.32 … ran personal best 52.79 in 400 hurdles at Pacesetter Invitational … ran personal best 14.84 in 110 hurdles at Big Blue Classic … member 4x110 shuttle hurdle relay that ran 59.87 at Drake Relays … member 4x400 shuttle hurdle relay that ran 3:38.67 at Big Blue Classic.

Before ISU –

Competed four years in track & field and three years in cross country at Bloomington North High School … was 2010 state champion in 300 hurdles and placed sixth in 110 hurdles … Mid-West All-Star in 300 and 110 hurdles … named All-American at New balance Nationals in 400 meter hurdles where he placed fifth … three-time Most Valuable Player … two-time captain … Coach’s Award winner senior year … school record holder in 300 hurdles (37.49), 110 hurdles (14.22), and 4x400 meter relay … conference, sectional, and regional record holder in 300 meter hurdles.

Personal –

William Maxwell Tuttle was born on Dec. 23, 1991, in Greenwood, Ind., the son of Jeff and Jeannie Tuttle … majoring in Exercise Science at Indiana State … member of Honors Program at Indiana State … interests include spending time with friends and family.
