Indiana State head basketball coach Greg Lansing accepted the #ALSIceBucketChallenge today as members of the Sycamore Basketball program were on hand to gladly get the chance to dump icy water on their mentor's head.
Coach Lansing made a donation this morning (Aug. 15) to the ALS Society to fight Lou Gehrig's Disease and invites all Sycamore fans to join him by donating here.
As part of coach Lansing's participation he has challenged Wichita State head basketball Gregg Marshall to accept the #ALSIceBucketChallenge as well. Coach Marshall, who is recovering from offseason surgery, indicated to coach Lansing earlier today that he will be taking an ice bath on Monday, August 18.
Below is video of coach Lansing taking the #ALSIceBucketChallenge. Under the video are other photos from the event, which was held on the Indiana State University campus this afternoon.
