Indiana State Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation is offering programs to assist in improving your overall athletic performance, along with providing strategies to help prevent injuries. Four sessions are available this summer with two in June and two in July.
Included in the 12 training sessions are: pre and post testing, functional movement screen, corrective exercises, dynamic strength training, power development, speed and agility training and a review of the athlete performance handbook.
Boys and girls ages 12 to 18 are invited to the camp with the cost of $150 per person and a maximum of 20 individuals per sessions. Scholarship slots and group rates are available for teams looking to take part together. The camp will take place at the Indiana State Athletics Annex, located on the corner of 1st and Eagle, west of the former Terre Haute Boys & Girls Club facility.
Session 1: Monday/Wednesday/Friday -- June 3-28 – 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Session 2: Monday/Wednesday/Friday -- June 3-28 – 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Session 3: Monday/Wednesday/Friday -- July 8-August 2 – 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Session 4: Monday/Wednesday/Friday -- July 8-August 2 – 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
