TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Third-year head coach Teri Moren announced the addition of four student-athletes to the 2013-14 women's basketball roster, as Jasmine Grier, Ricquia Jones, Rhagen Smith and Stephanie Wittman all inked National Letters of Intent to join the Sycamores during the early signing period.
Jasmine Grier - 6-0 - Forward
Commerce, Georgia - Central Georgia Technical College - Commerce High School
Will have two years of eligibility at Indiana State at the start of the 2013-14 season ... one of 40 sophomores from around the nation invited to the 2012 NJCAA Women's Basketball Coaches' Association's All-Star game this past July ... earned Second Team All-GCAA as a freshman under head coach Fala Bullock ... an athletic shooter with play-making skills ... named Honorable Mention All-State by the Georgia Sportswriters Association as a senior at Commerce High School.

Will have two years of eligibility at Indiana State at the start of the 2013-14 season ... has started every game in her career at Seward County Community College, a program led by head coach Toby Wynn that has won 20 games for 20 straight seasons and annually produced multiple Division I signees ... assisted the team to a 23-8 record last season and a 4-1 start in 2012-13 ... a floor-leader with character and great quickness ... one of 40 sophomores from around the nation invited to the 2012 NJCAA Women's Basketball Coaches' Association's All-Star game this past July ... averaged 8.0 points, 4.3 assists and 3.1 steals per game as a freshman ... through five games this season, Jones is averaging 13.4 points, 4.8 steals, 4.6 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game ... scored 10 or more points 10 times as a freshman, including a season-high of 20 against Dodge City ... named the KJCCC Player of the Week to start this season after averaging 20.0 points, 6.0 steals, 5.5 assists and 5.5 rebounds in a pair of SCCC wins ... played at Proviso East High School in Chicago under head coach Euro Pridgeon, leading the team with a regional and sectional championship as a senior.

Listed as one of the Top 25 prospects out of the state of Indiana by ESPN HoopGurlz ... named an Indiana High School Junior All-Star last season ... participated in the IBCA/IHSAA Girls Top 100 Underclass Showcase in Indianapolis this past summer ... 2012 IBCA First Team All-State selection ... led the Western Indiana Conference in scoring and rebounding as a junior, averaging 15.8 points and 7.0 rebounds per game while also totaling 54 assists, 32 blocks and shooting over 50% from the field ... led the Golden Arrows to their first sectional championship since 2003 last season, defeating South Knox, Eastern Greene and North Knox in the tournament ... assisted SHS to back-to-back 20-win seasons, going 20-4 in 2010-11 and 21-4 in 2011-12 ... her mother, Maria, played basketball at Indiana State and her brother, Rhett, is currently a freshman on the men's basketball team for the Sycamores.
