Strength & Conditioning Training Facility
Indiana State athletics strength and conditioning program is conducted in a state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot facility located in the Health and Human Performance Building. Funded by private donations, the facility features seven double-sided power racks, seven Olympic lifting platforms, a dumbbell and machine area, and a cardio section with stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines and stair climbers. There is also a 40-yard strip of field turf used for dynamic warm-ups, speed and agility drills, plyometric exercises and movement preparation.
