Dear Sycamore Fans,

Indiana State University Athletics enjoyed many accomplishments on and off the field this past year.  Our baseball, men’s cross country and men’s outdoor track and field teams won Missouri Valley Conference championships.  Football posted back-to-back winning seasons and men’s basketball returned to postseason tournament action.  Head coaches Rick Heller and John McNichols were recognized with MVC Coach of the Year honors.  A total of 282 student-athletes were named to the University’s Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2011-2012 academic year.

With the many recent successes of our programs, now is a great time to be a Sycamore.  ISU former student-athletes, alumni, friends and the Wabash Valley community should be proud of all that we have and are positioned to accomplish.  I encourage you to be involved this athletics season. Your support of our teams is important to the success of each and every program.  The Sycamore Athletic Foundation’s Varsity Club is your opportunity to be a part of the success, tradition, and fun of Indiana State Athletics.

As a member of the Varsity Club, you will enjoy exclusive benefits and special access to the Varsity Club hospitality areas at home baseball, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, and football games. Additionally, your membership impacts your Priority Points total, which directly affects tickets for men’s basketball and all specialty and postseason play in all sports.

Philanthropic contributions made to the Varsity Club help fund scholarships for our student-athletes, increase the operating budgets for our programs, and provide additional resources to assist in unplanned needs for our programs.  With your commitment and generous support of our programs, we will reach our fundraising goals and meet the needs and aspirations of our teams.  Please take a few moments to review how your Varsity Club membership can contribute to the success of ISU Athletics.

I hope that you take the opportunity to support Sycamore Athletics and impact the future of Indiana State University student-athletes.

I will see you at the games!

Go Sycamores!
