2011-12: Sat out the season due to the NCAA transfer rule.

 

2010-11 (As A Sophomore): Appeared in 28 games for Gonzaga, getting the start in eight contests...scored 15 points and four rebounds against Marquette in 22 minutes of action...set a career-high 16 points on the road against nationally ranked Notre Dame...tied career-high with 10 rebounds at home against Oklahoma State...averaged 4.6 points per game and 2.6 rebounds per game.

 

2009-10 (As a Freshman): Appeared in 31 games for Gonzaga... played a season-high 24 minutes at home against Wake Forest on a 4-for-8 night from the floor for a total of nine points... set a season-high with 13 points at home against San Diego State... season-high with 10 rebounds against CS Bakersfield in final regular season game...suffered a broken foot in West Coast Conference Tournament semifinal, had surgery and missed the NCAA Tournament...Played for Canada's Junior Men's National Team at the FIBA U19 World Championship in New Zealand, helping Canada to seventh place.

 

High School: Attended Ross Sheppard High in Edmonton, Alberta, but received his diploma from St. Mary's Secondary Catholic School in Hamilton, Ontario...moved to Hamilton where he played with Basketball Canada's National Elite Development Academy (NEDA) which is basically Canada's Junior National Team...set single-game scoring NEDA scoring record with 42 points, and in summer of 2008 played for Canada in the FIBA Americas Championship in Formosa, Argentina...averaged 17.0 ppg to rank second, 10.2 rpg to rank third, shot 52.8 percent from the field on 23-for-58 and 87.5 percent from the line on 14-of-15 in the five tournament games as Canada placed fifth...had 21 points and 9 rebounds against the U.S. in the tourney.

 

Personal: Goes by Manny...his mother and four brothers left Sudan when he was 9-years-old and lived in Kenya prior to relocating to Regina, Saskatchewan...he spent a year in Edmonton, Alberta before joining Basketball Canada's NEDA program, which is a year-round junior development camp...has dual citizenship with Sudan and Canada ... majoring in Education.
