TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Fans are encouraged to make plans now to attend the 2010 Ballyhoo/JBAF Indiana State Football Golf Outing on Friday, April 23 as the Sycamores kick-off its annual Blue/White Weekend upon the completion of the spring drills.

The Ballyhoo and the Jay Barrett Athletic Foundation along with the Sycamore football program are hosting its fourth annual golf outing at the Idle Creek Golf Course in Terre Haute.

Tons of fun events are being planned for fans and supporters of the program as this is always a great opportunity to reminisce about the glory days with old and new teammates.

All money raised from this event go towards helping third year head coach Trent Miles and the Sycamore football program.

The weekend begins on the 23rd with an 11:00 a.m. registration and lunch at Idle Creek. Four-person teams will participate in a shot-gun start scramble which begins at 12:30 p.m.

On Saturday, the 24th, the day's events kickoff with with a Kid's Clinic on the Memorial Stadium playing surface at 10:00 a.m. The annual Blue/White Spring Game will be held at 1:00 p.m. that day.

The cost for the event, which includes golf, cart, lunch and dinner is $100. Golf and lunch only costs $70. Dinner on the evening of the 23rd is $25.

Those wishing to play and sponsor a hole (with signage) is $450. A hole sponsorship without golf is $150.
