TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Indiana State basketball schedule is now complete with the addition of Nebraska-Kearney on November 13 at Hulman Center. The game is the final addition to the 2009-10 slate that originally was released in early September. Tip-off is slated for 7:05 p.m.
ISU will take on Rose-Hulman in the first of two exhibition contests on Nov. 3 and then will face off against Indianapolis on Nov. 7.
Following the season opener against Kearney, the Sycamores will travel to LSU on November 16 to participate in the Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-off.
With the addition of the Nebraska-Kearney contest as well as the Rose-Hulman exhibition game that was announced last week, the Sycamores will host at least 16 games at Hulman Center, with the possibility of additional games being awarded during the second week of NIT play on November 23 & 24.
Both of the Indiana State basketball programs open practice on October 16 as part of the 5th Annual Big Blue Block Party. The festivities in Clabber Girl parking lot will take place from 5 until 6:30 p.m., with action inside Hulman Center to begin shortly thereafter.
