The tenth class of members was inducted into the Indiana State University Athletics Hall of Fame on February 23, 2002, in ceremonies held in the Tirey Memorial Union Hall on the campus of Indiana State University. Kent Johnson, Sports Information Director at Indiana State, served as Master of Ceremonies. Andrea Myers, Director of Athletics, welcomed all those attending. Johnson and Lloyd W. Benjamin III, Indiana State University President, made the presentations to each of the inductees. Benjamin offered congratulatory remarks at the conclusion of the event.
