TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Indiana State announced today (June 3) that season tickets for the 2010 football season are now available and can be purchased in person or over the phone at the Hulman Center Box Office. A season ticket application is also available for download on GoSycamores.com. ISU also has now
officially announced the 11-game schedule for the 2010 season.
A season ticket to all six Indiana State home contests costs just $50. ISU Faculty/Staff as well as community senior citizens can catch all of the exciting Sycamore football action this season for the discounted rate of $45. Area youth can purchase season tickets for only $20 while a Family Pack (two adult and two youth season tickets) is also being offered this season for $130.
Members of the I-Club also receive a discount, as season tickets are available for $40. Tickets to the away contest against Cincinnati are also available for $40.
Those interested in purchasing tickets should download an season ticket application at GoSycamores.com and mail it to: ISU Hulman Center, 200 North 8th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47809. Fans may also order in person or by phone at (812) 237-3737 or 877-ISU-TIXS. The Hulman Center Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.
Additionally, the Sycamores have special promotions set for each game this season.
The Sycamores, under the direction of third-year head coach Trent Miles, kick off their slate of six home games on September 4 when they host St. Joseph's at Memorial Stadium, beginning at 7:00 p.m. (ET). The game is Stack The Stadium Night. Local businesses can purchase tickets at a reduced price as we Stack The Stadium for the Sycamores.
Indiana State hits the road to take on the two-time defending Big East Champion Cincinnati Bearcats on September 11. The game begins at Noon and will be televised live on FSN Ohio. The Sycamores will take a week off and then travel to Western Illinois on September 25 for the Missouri Valley Football Conference opener in Macomb, Ill. Kick-off versus the Leathernecks is slated for 4:00 p.m.
The home slate resumes as the Sycamores begin a three-game homestand on October 2 when the Sycamores host Quincy at 5 p.m. This game is designated as Youth Football Night as all youth football players in their team colors will receive FREE admission to the game. Also all youth football players are invited to come on the field prior to the game to form the team's entrance tunnel out of the locker room.
October 9 will mark the 82ndt Homecoming contest on the campus of Indiana State when the Sycamores host Illinois State. Kick-off is set for 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. Fans can get a jump on the Homecoming festivities by reserving a tent early through the ISU Alumni Association at 812-237-3707 or 800-258-6478.
The Sycamores wrap up the homestand by host Missouri State on October 16 at 4 p.m. The game against the Bears marks Military Day. All military personnel and their families are guests of the Sycamores (limit of 4 tickets). Military veterans should bring their ID to either the Hulman Center Ticket Office prior to the contest or to Memorial Stadium on game day to claim their free ticket.
ISU will travel to North Dakota State on October 23 to take on North Dakota State in a contest in which a kickoff time has not been announced.
The Sycamores will play their final two home games of the season beginning on October 30 when South Dakota State comes to Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. It will be Family Day on the ISU campus as Sycamore fans are invited to bring the whole family to the game to watch ISU and the Jackrabbits battle. On Family Day, two adult tickets will get fans two youth tickets for free.
The final home game of the season will be on November 6 when ISU faces Northern Iowa. The game, which begins at 3 p.m., against the Panthers will be Senior Day and all fans are invited to salute the senior class as well as the entire team as we celebrate another exciting season of Sycamore football.
The season concludes with road trips to Youngstown State on November 13 with a kickoff at 1 p.m. and to Southern Illinois for a 2 p.m. start.
Season ticket renewal forms will be mailed to last season's ticket holders via the Hulman Center Ticket Office on Monday, June 7.
