GREENWOOD, Ind.  – Indiana State senior Reece Feducia tied for 16th overall while senior Christina Beyerl tied for 41st at the Pepsi Indiana Women's Open which was contested at Hickory Stick Golf Club in Greenwood.

Feducia was in the hunt for a top 10 finish after posting a two-over par 73 in the opening round but slid back in the second round as she carded a 78 to finish the two-day tournament with a 151 total. She tied for 14th in the amateur division.

Beyerl finished with an 84 in the opening round but bounced back on the second day to shoot a 77 in th4e second round and finish with a 161 total. She tied for 38th in the amateur division.

Feducia and Sycamore sophomore Erinn Sutton are scheduled to compete in the Indiana Women's Golf Association (IWGA) State Amateur Championships July 16-20 at Otter Creek Golf Club in Columbus, Ind.
